1997 - he/theyHello! I'm VIVIT, a non-binary artist from Chile. Most of my work is digital but I also like traditional mediums, such as watercolors and alcohol markers.
I'm interested in character design and writing. Most of my work is just illustrating my own ideas about magical places, mystery and sci-fi settings. My dream was to write and illustrate a book.
I'm from a small town in the south, and when I was little I had the priviledge of going to the local theater frequently. Ballet, opera and classical music have been present in my life for a long time.
Other influences are Alice in Wonderland, science fiction, noir/mystery novels and Tokusatsu. I love Kamen Rider and Touhou.
I'm allergic to animals so in my frustration I tend to draw a lot of them. I'm a frustrated biologist.

♡ What does VIVIT404 mean?
I came up with VIVIT from the phrase "Vivito y coleando" ("alive and well") while trying to make a name for a character. Ended up liking the name a lot and since then I use it as my pseudonim.
The 404 comes from "Error 404", since I tend to delete all my stuff out of shame and social media overwhelms me. Also, the name VIVIT was already in use when registering so I had to add numbers, haha.
